    Hello,

    My logo is large and weird-looking even though I set the size to 100% and height to 200px. How do I just make it normal size as it was uploaded to my media?

    Also, there is much spacing between the logo and menu items and I’m wondering how to reduce this.

    Thank you so much for your help!

    Hi Ryan,

    Hope you are having a nice day!

    If you want to display the logo in its original size, you need to set both the width and height of the logo to 100%. If you want to display the logo in small size, the best practice is to decrease the dimensions of the logo using photoshop and then uploading it as the logo. It will maintain the aspect ratio of the logo in proper dimensions.

    Next thing, the extra space between the logo and menu is because the menu has a margin of 237px on the top. To disable this, please paste the following code in the custom css section.

    #responsive-menu{
    margin-top: 0px;
    }

    Kind Regards,
    Kriti

    Hello Kriti,

    Thank you so much for your support.

    I have made the CSS change however, the separation between the menu items and logo remains on the live site. Please, see the attached image.

    Do you know why the menu would have a margin-top of 237px by default? I did not set this.

    Warmest regards,
    Ryan Walker

    Hello Ryan,

    If the top margin on live site even after pasting the code. Then, we need to make it as important.

    #responsive-menu{
    margin-top: 0px !important;
    }

    Please replace the old code with the new one stated above.

    However, I can’t say exactly from where this top margin is coming but one thing I can say is that it is not from Responsive Menu Plugin. As the margin is written as custom style and not coming as a style from Responsive menu stylesheet.

    Regards,
    Kriti
