cant update to 3.1.13

    Hello!

    I am trying to update this plugin and I get the following message:

    Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    My license is valid. I did migrate the site a couple of times however. I was able to update to 3.3.13 on my local installation. I have also installed the plugin on a hosting server/account for both a staging site and the final live site. Neither of these will update to 3.1.13 but all other plugins update fine. All of these are the same site for 1 client. Any ideas?

    Hey Eileen,

    I can’t see the license for your email address having been used once yet.

    Have you tried adding your license key again to the admin of the site to see if the license is valid and then try to update to see if it works after doing that?
