Can't Access Plugin

    Hi – as mentioned in a couple of other posts in this forum, I too have purchased the pro version of the plugin and despite receiving emails from you and a receipt from PayPal, can’t seem to download the plugin. The purchases/downloads section of my account just states “Failed”. Please advise.

    Welcome to Responsive Menu Pro Support. Hope you are doing well.

    Some times our Paypal verification fails due to restrictions from API tokens. We will manually verify it, then you will be good to go.

    Once the issue is resolved, you will be able to download the plugin by logging in to your admin account. And If you want I will inform you on the email when the issue will be resolved. Please provide me your email address.
