Hey I’m trying to solve a problem..

I’m using multiple themes and bought your plugin to have a consistent menu for both themes.

It works, except for desktop mode the menu items for one of the themes displays vertically while the other is horizontal (obviously I want both to display horizontally on desktop..

I’ve spent enough time fiddling with it, but had no luck and then decided to just add the menu items on desktop using the ‘additional content’ section.
Do you think this would work. When I put html (images, text, etc) nothing shows up in my menu. Am I not understanding the point of the additional content section?

Do you have any idea how 1) I can get the additional content section to work or 2) any other solution/direction to solve my problem

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Welcome to Responsive Menu Pro Support forum. Hope you are doing well.

The additional content section will show the content that you want to show additionally in the menu. It will not show the menu vertically on the wwebsite.

To make the menu vertically on the website. Make sure you have put the name of the menu you want to use in the ‘Menu to use’ field under “Initial Setup” section.

Put CSS selector of the theme menu in ‘Original Menu to Hide’ field which you do not want to show on the website.

    Regards,
    Kriti

    Hi,

HTML code in the additional content field does not require HTML opening and closing tags. Just paste the content within tags and it will show up in the container at the front end. Something like below works in the additional content field:

    <a href="#"> Go to the link</a>

    Regards,
    Kriti
