    Hi Carlos,

    Please paste the following CSS code in the ‘Advanced’ tab -> Custom CSS section

    .responsive-menu-pro-item::before{
      display:none;
    }

    If the above code doesn’t work then I request you to please share the admin credentials of your website so that I can check why the issue is happening. Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.
